The Recreational Division of the Rocky Mountain Quarter Horse Association offers a number of programs for those of you who enjoy riding your American Quarter Horse in activities other than the traditional show environment.

The Trail Ride Committee keeps busy each year in developing a wide range of trail rides to fit every riders level of expertise and to introduce all trail riders to some of the most beautiful trails in Colorado.

The Versatility Ranch Horse Committee has created the nation's most active, educational and fun series of clinics and competitions culminating in the Silver Jubilee at the end of the season. Check out theVersatility Ranch Horse page of our website to learn more about this exciting event.

The Outreach Program designed by RMQHA is aimed at the beginner horseman who currently enjoys showing in the non-stress environments of local "open" shows. RMQHA's Outreach Program recognizes those of you who exhibit your American Quarter Horse in these local shows with a year end awards program in each of the many different events being offerred throughout the state.
